Greensboro Jewish community comes together to help Ukraine

The Greensboro Jewish Federation is joining an effort to collect $20 million to help Jewish people in Ukraine.

During the interview, Rabbi Koren and Marilyn Forman Chandler speak about the Zoom program with Rabbi Julia Gris from Odessa, Ukraine. She and 75% of her congregation have left Ukraine for neighboring countries. Their congregational president has stayed behind for now and has stored the community's Torah at her home.
